I am an ecologist who studies disease, wildlife, and the effects of anthropogenic change using field studies, molecular techniques, and modeling. Currently I am a post-doctoral researcher at the Institut national de la santé et de la recherche médicale (National Institute of Health and Medical Research) in Lyon, France. I am researching the ecology of antibiotic resistance in hospitals with Prof. Jean-Philippe Rasigade.
Previously, my work focused on bats, but I also dabble in other taxa, including rodents, other mammals, fungi, plants, invertebrates, and protozoans.
I received my PhD in Interdisciplinary Ecology at the University of Florida in 2018.
